About the Presenter
Rob Salmon. BACC, Masters of Counselling (Tabor). Clinical Member and Supervisor (CCAA), Registered Member of PACFA & ARCAP. President and Treasurer (CCAA), Vice-President,Membership Officer & Website Manager (CCAA) & Treasurer and Professional Development Chair as well as chairing the joint PACFA, CCAA, SCAPE & APECA Conference (PACFA).
Rob operates his own counselling business, 'Design Counselling, Adelaide' from the new LifeWell South Wellness Centre, which he manages. He has been practing as a counsellor since 2003, and since 2010 in a full-time capacity as counsellor and supervisor. Rob spends time travelling with his roles with CCAA and PACFA, as well as for presenting at workshops and conferences.
Rob's counselling is person-centred approach with a desire to help people through their past into a better future. Rob works well with singles, couples and families with a deep understanding of men's issues. Rob seeks to understand the issues underlying behaviours, which comes from his dysfunctional Family of Origin. Understanding of the past gives hope for the future.
Rob is married with four adult children and is blessed with five grandchildren. He loves time with family and is affectionately known as Pardy by his grandchildren.
