Alison has been counselling for over 10 years across a variety of settings including primary and secondary schools, community agencies, churches, and in private practice.

Alison works from a person-centred approach using an eclectic mix of therapeutic approaches that are research proven. Alison largely works with individuals, including adolescents. She also works with NDIS clients.

Alison has particular interests in self-care, preventing burnout, surviving toxic workplaces, navigating life stage changes, spiritual growth and healing, and growth through times of grief and loss.
Alison is currently studying Art Therapy and already uses creative art strategies within hercounselling.
