My practice

I work online with people from around Australia. I enjoy supporting couples and individuals who are wanting to restore their relationships, and/or to recover from relational trauma. 

My therapy style is client focused, trauma informed, and often involves Emotionally Focused Therapy (a systemic, attachment based, experiential, non-judgemental approach), as well as other therapy styles that best suit my clients needs.

I also provide individual and group supervision for other counsellors. The way I work with my supervisees is to form a professional, contracted, collaborative alliance, which embodies authenticity, kindness, relational safety, and honours humanity and diversity. My supervisory approach is founded on deep listening, and personal and systemic reflection.
