As a counsellor, my approach is rooted in the belief that every individual possesses unique strengths and resilience that can be harnessed to foster personal growth and well-being. I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. It is my privilege to accompany clients on their journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing.

I offer a range of counselling services for individuals and couples. Services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Sessions can be in person or via telehealth, using video conferencing or telephone.

I embrace a client-centered approach, recognising that each person is the expert of their own life. I am dedicated to understanding the client's perspective and collaborating with them to set therapeutic goals. I use an integrative style, drawing primarily from interpersonal psychotherapy, family systems, attachment and emotionally focused therapies.

I am also a wife and mother. My husband is a minister and together we planted a church in 2011. We have been working in ministry there since. I chose to become a counsellor having experienced my own journey of trauma and hardship, having lost our third son to SIDS when he was four months old. Therapy has helped me a great deal in my journey of healing.

I am passionate about helping my clients find peace and strength as they work through trauma, mental health struggles, and relationship difficulties.
