I am an experienced Relationship Counsellor (Couple & Family), Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 18 years of clinical experience working with individuals and families and as a specialist couple therapist. I am also a Prepare-Enrich facilitator.

Nursing & Midwifery (UK) Dip Theology & Practical Theology (UK). RN Australia public sector 8 years. Explored spirituality, improvisational theatre, dance movement & choreography (CAN) to extend understanding & integration of mindbody connection for wellbeing.   

My areas of practice include navigating challenging life, work and cultural transitions, relationship distress, complex trauma, grief and loss, identity and sexuality. My approach is systemic and relationally based and includes approaches from Focusing-oriented therapy, EMDR, Expressive therapies, following the client's process. 

My supervision approach is based on reflecting on practice with attention to the relational, ethical, collaborative and safe space between supervisor-therapist-client. We can best hold space for our client when we can attend to our self as an integral part of our practice and supervision.
