At Selah, I provide a compassionate, confidential environment tailored to meet your unique needs. With a person-centered approach, I prioritize your values and goals, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gottman Relationship Counselling, and more. My goal is to empower you to overcome obstacles, foster personal growth, and create the fulfilling life you envision.
I offer both in-person and online sessions to make therapy accessible and flexible. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, past hurts, chronic health issues, or general overwhelm, we can work together to create a pathway forward.
A little about me: Outside of my practice, I am happily married with a young family who keeps me grounded and reminds me of the joys and challenges life brings. Living with chronic health issues myself, I deeply understand the interplay between physical and emotional struggles, allowing me to connect with clients on a truly empathetic level. My faith is a source of strength and hope for me, and while it can be part of our sessions if you wish, our focus is on your journey and needs.
