Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy, Graduate Diploma of Counselling, PGDM, Bachelor of Science
I am a Melbourne-based psychotherapist/counsellor with a Master's in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I specialise in working with young adults, immigrants, couples, professionals and new parents, offering support for anxiety, depression, workplace stress, relationship challenges, and identity concerns. Drawing from my years as a Human Resources professional, I particularly enjoy helping professionals with career development, burnout, and conflict resolution. My experience also enhances my ability to counsel professionals navigating workplace challenges, career transitions, and stress management.
My long-standing involvement with the Jesus Youth Movement also gives me a deep understanding of the importance of faith, community, and personal development, which I integrate into my therapeutic approach when applicable.
As an immigrant, my journey of adjusting to a new culture and balancing professional and personal growth contributes to my empathetic and multicultural approach to therapy. I am proficient in English and Malayalam and can understand Hindi and Tamil.
As a mother, an immigrant, and someone who’s faced the complexities of life, I know that the path isn’t always smooth—but it is always worth walking. I aim to help individuals find their own path, with compassion, warmth, and the belief that together, we can navigate whatever comes our way.
