Master of Arts in Professional Counselling, Graduate of Hakomi Professional Training

Carrie has over 12 years of experience working with individuals and couples. She holds a Master's degree in Professional Counselling, and is further trained in Hakomi Somatic Psychotherapy, Hakomi Experiential Psychotherapy with Couples, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Play Therapy.

Carrie's approach is spiritual, mindful, and experiential. This approach helps people access what's hidden in their unconscious that truly controls their decisions and behaviour. She found that by working with the unconscious, profound change and healing are achieved faster and more organically.

Carrie's goal as a Christian counsellor is to help people to integrate their spirit, soul and body after their respective functions are healed and restored. This is the way to live a conscious, abundant and graceful life – exactly how God intends us to live.

Carrie works with people having difficulties with relationships and marriage, depression, anxiety, traumas, or just life in general. She works with both Christians and non-Christians, people with or without faith — essentially anyone who is courageous and motivated to discover more about themselves and to make a change.
