Christian Counselling for Individuals, Couples, and Families – A Safe Place to Heal, Reconnect, and Grow
Life can feel heavy at times, especially when anxiety, grief, trauma, or relationship struggles start to take a toll. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or distant from the peace you long for, you're not alone. It takes courage to seek support. As a Christian counsellor, my heart is to walk alongside you with compassion and clarity, honouring your story, your faith, and the hope we have in Christ.
I offer Christ-centred counselling for adults—individuals, couples, and families—navigating emotional, relational, or spiritual challenges. Whether you're carrying past pain, weighed down by everyday demands, or longing to restore peace in your home or marriage, I offer a compassionate and prayerful space for reflection, healing, and growth. Together, we seek insight, restoration, and direction through both professional guidance and biblical truth.
For couples, I provide a calm and structured environment to restore connection, rebuild trust, and strengthen your relationship with grace, humility, and love. Whether you’re facing longstanding issues or feeling newly disconnected, I support you in moving toward deeper understanding and renewed closeness.
When working with families, I focus on supporting adult members as they navigate complex dynamics and work toward healthier communication, stronger boundaries, and relational healing.
My counselling is warm, respectful, and grounded in Christian values. I draw from evidence-based approaches that are trauma-informed and client-focused, while being sensitive to your spiritual journey. Sessions are tailored to your needs and centred on helping you identify patterns, build on your strengths, and move forward in meaningful, lasting ways.
With over 20 years of experience in people-focused roles across Australia and internationally, I bring real-world insight and a heart for service. My background includes aged care, disability support, international volunteer work, prison ministry, and advocacy through organisations like World Vision and Compassion Australia. These experiences have shaped my commitment to walk with others in love, truth, and integrity.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Law and Politics, a Graduate Diploma in Counselling (AIFC), and am currently completing a Master of Counselling. I’m registered with both the Christian Counsellors Association of Australia (CCAA) and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), offering professional, ethical, and faith-driven care.
As a wife and mother of three, I understand the complexities and pressures of everyday life. I believe in the presence of God in our struggles and in the healing that comes when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
If you are seeking Christian counselling that integrates professional care with a heart for biblical wisdom and hope, I warmly invite you to get in touch. Wherever you’re at, we can begin this journey together, trusting that God is at work.
Online video sessions across Australia are available on weekdays and selected evenings, providing flexible, private support from the comfort of your own space.
