Bachelor of Applied Social Science Equine, Animal & Nature- based Practitioner, Mindfulness Rooted Eco- Therapist, Therapy Dog Registry

Having worked in the mental health field for 15+ years, furthermore, working across many community services- addiction & recovery, youth, DFV, Chaplaincy and more. I have come to realise that different approaches and styles work differently for different people!! Essentially, to care for one's whole being may require a combination. Moreover, a specialised & personally tailored approach to counselling session/s. I believe that there is one thing however, that generally ministers healing to us all: NATURE. Where possible, I emerge themes and nature with clients towards GROWTH, HEALING & CHANGE whilst offering genuine HOLISTIC CARE & SUPPORT. I have previously operated a private practice from a picturesque accessible cottage and large grounds on the Eastern Shore of Hobart for 5+ years. Offering traditional counselling models- strength, based, person- centred, and compassionate counselling.

I am a qualified Equine, Animal & Nature- based Therapeutic Practitioner, Mindfulness Rooted Eco- therapist & am registered with Animal Therapies Ltd. & Therapy Dogs Registry.

Mid 2025~ I have recently relocated to The Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. Therefore, I am currently only offering TELEHEALTH & OUTREACH sessions for clients.

Please reach out to see if we might be a good fit for your wishes and needs.
