ABOUT
I’m Aimee Ruth Bell...
I’m a neurodivergent integrative practitioner, counsellor, and therapeutic coach. I specialise in counselling, coaching, and holistic wellness, helping clients find wholeness in body, soul, and spirit. I support individuals navigating life transitions, trauma recovery, identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, neurodivergent burnout, relationships, and parenting. My heart is to help people live with clarity, wholeness, and a grounded sense of who they are—while balancing the life they’re living with the life they’re called to lead.
My Heart & Approach
At the core of everything I do is a deep desire to see people heal, grow, thrive, and be transformed. I believe every person is uniquely wired, and every session should reflect that. That’s why my work is holistic, strengths-based, and person-centred—not just focused on symptoms or problems, but on your values, capacity, and goals.
When we begin working together, you’ll complete a short intake form so I can understand your story, background, and what matters most to you. In our first session, we’ll focus on building connection, identifying your needs, and co-creating a personalised counselling or coaching plan. From there, we move at a pace that supports sustainable healing and meaningful growth.
I don’t just listen to your challenges—I partner with you to create goals and strategies that are aligned with your real life. Between sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your journey with guided reflections, creative tools, and optional homework designed to suit your unique way of learning and growing.
For clients who prefer spiritual integration, I can include faith-based perspectives, prayer, or biblical reflection. This is always optional and led by your values.
My heart is to draw out the strengths, insight, and purpose already within you—to help you align with your values, build emotional resilience, and bring balance to every area of your life.
