Practical strategies from a Neuroscience perspective to assist clients to make meaning out of stressful situations

Neuropsychotherapy is an exciting science, which recognises that significant changes occur for clients in neural firing and neural structure as result of talking therapies.  Research indicates that talking therapies significantly enhance positive behaviour, brain functioning and even brain structure.  This workshop will assist counsellors and psychotherapists to understand and apply some of the basic principles of neuroscience. Participants will be equipped with at least two practical Neuropsychotherapy tools that can be used effectively with all age groups.

Heather is passionate about equipping counsellors with practical, evidence based tools that will assist clients to gain understanding into their situations. Heather will draw from her experience in applying these Neuropsychotherapy techniques in a variety of client situations including single incident trauma and complex trauma.

This workshop will be informative as well as practical. Come and join us as we explore the wonder of our brains.

Bookings are essential: Please book online by Friday 11th October 2019
