Talking about your concerns with someone who is objective, non-judgemental and supportive can often help you feel better and think more clearly.
Counselling can help you navigate your way through tricky or difficult times and feel stronger and more sure of yourself.
I feel honoured to walk this journey with both my individual clients and the couples I work with.
My office hours are flexible and appointments can be made most days between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm.
