Sarah Van Bentum launched The Counselling Hub motivated by a desire to provide quality counselling for people who have become stuck. The Counselling Hub offers a safe and confidential therapeutic space where clients can activate life change through growth, awareness and acceptance. Sarah has a Masters Degree in Counselling, a Bachelor Degree in Education, Humanities and is an accredited Mental Health First Aid Trainer. Sarah also works as as a Manager for Counselling & Family Services with BaptistCare.

In her work as a counsellor, Sarah draws from a dynamic tool kit of personal life experience, formal academic training and on the job practice as an educator, entrepreneur and counsellor. She works from a solutions and systems orientation, believing that small changes can be transformational.
