Style of Counselling:

My foundational training is person-centred. This means that my role as a counsellor is to meet you where you are at, in a way that is non-judgmental, supporting you with care, empathy, and acceptance that enables you to discover more of who you are. I have experience working in a variety of areas such as with relationship issues, trauma, grief, ASD and ADHD. I value the importance of your story, what has happened to you and how you have responded. Together we can discover how the past is affecting you today and what you want to do about it.

A little bit about me:

I live with my family in Orange, 3 hours west of Sydney. I have a Master of Counselling through Morling Bible College. I have a Bachelor of Theology and have taught the Bible in school settings, worked as a Chaplain, a Church Youth Worker, and an administrator in various Christian organisations. I am a registered member of CCAA and a member of PACFA. In my spare time I enjoy studying Biblical Hebrew, playing and singing music, walking, cooking and gardening. I have specialised training in Child and Adolescent Clay therapy, IFS working with Parts, and have undertaken professional development in the ASD and ADHD.
