Master of Counselling

The thought of counselling may seem scary and daunting. Be assured, I’m here to support you in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, grief, feeling overwhelmed, struggling or just stuck~ you don’t have to do it alone. My style is an integrative approach of a range of modalities including person-centred talk therapy, interpersonal process, family systems and emotionally focused therapy. Your story is treated with the utmost care. We journey together at your pace – gently exploring experiences, calming the chaos, making room for understanding, peace, healing and transformation. I am committed to supporting and respecting individuals from all faith and cultural backgrounds, whilst holding to the Christian faith.
