Life doesn't always go as we plan. Despite our best intentions we can end up feeling stuck, exhausted, empty, or disappointed.
We may experience depression or anxiety, relationship struggles, abuse, ongoing grief, or find ourselves relying on substances or other addictive behaviours to get by.
Newly married, and in my 20’s, I struggled with some of these issues and received Christian counselling that provided clarity, tools and healing.
Through the counselling journey I found a 'New Beginning'; a deeper faith, greater sense of personal freedom and hope for the future.
Whether you are battling a long-term problem or experiencing a new and unexpected struggle. I use an empathetic, person-centred approach, and a range of modalities and evidence-based approaches to help you to identify and move through struggles, improve self and other awareness, strengthen relationship skills, and empower you to find your own ‘New Beginnings’.
