Catherine has a background working as a GP and a Counsellor. She has extensive experience working and raising a family overseas.

She works with older teens, adults and couples supporting them through anxiety. depression, trauma, grief, loss, relationship difficulties and cross cultural transitions. Catherine also offers pre-marriage preparation.

Fees are competitive and people with a Mental Health Care Plan from their GP are eligible for Medicare rebate.
