  • I am a Christian Counsellor / family therapist, working with all clients in a supporttive and compassionate way.
  • I can counsel clients in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Couples can develop negative patterns in their relationships.
  • I seek to help couples understand their responsibility for their role in the problem and identify their concerns in the relationship. This helps them understand each others' underlying feelings rather than being stuck in anger or apathy.
  • I try to develop skills to improve communication and interaction in order to achieve a stronger, intimate relationship
  • Individual counselling is useful for people encountering difficulties in their lives.
  • I help them to gain insight into their thoughts, feelings and behaviour and learn strategies to cope with life transitions, especially in times of stress when they find it harder to see things clearly.
  • I assist in building confidence and healthy self esteem, helping clients know who they are, believe in their ability to take responsibility for their desires, thoughts and actions.
  • Families can get stuck at particular transitions in life.
  • I help family members to assess needs, identify areas for change, develop a better understanding. Also strategies that can be used to understand and address the problem.
  • I connect teenagers with parents and motivate them towards their goals to take their own responsibilities.
