Im a Christian Counsellor, relationship counsellor, couples/ family therapist with special interest in trauma treatment and family conflict. I have been in private practice for more than a decade working with families, couples and individuals to explore themselves, their significant relationships and support them find a different way to relate to themselves and others.

My main approach is Emotionally Focused Therapy, which is looking at issues through the attachment lens. I believe we were created for connection and I like to look at most problems in terms our need to feel connected, loved and valued as a human being, including by ourselves.

I have also been involved in ministry since 2004 and have understanding of various issues in the church including burnouts and conflict. I would like to assist people tap into their faith in their healing journey as you learn more about God, yourself and your loved ones in order to find new ways to navigate life challenges.
