Angela's counselling focus is join people in their quest to living a rich, full and meaningful life, despite the difficulties and challenges that inevitably arise. She sees people as 'stuck' rather than 'sick' and works with various psychotherapeutic modalities to help them gain clarity and insight for themselves.

Apart from her training as a Counsellor at Christian Heritage College, Angela is also a Life Coach and Educator, and brings all of these perspectives into her work with clients. She has also trained extensively in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Angela practises in an integrative manner, with an awareness of body, mind and Spirit in the healing process. She is comfortable working with both male and female clients from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds.
