Rachel is a counsellor who has a passion for assisting others during times of crisis and healing. She believes that everyone has their own unique knowledge, skills and abilities which they use to navigate through life. Sometimes talking about life's hurdles, darkness and difficulties with an experienced professional can help clarify the path needed to move forward. Change is inevitable. Harnessing this change can be challenging when you are overwhelmed. Counselling can help you discover strategies and tools needed to find the path that will take you to where you are meant to be... Take that first step!
