I’m Elizabeth and am passionate about walking alongside people through life’s overwhelming, demanding and difficult seasons. Using warm, client-centred approaches, I work with couples and individuals to gently explore challenges and develop practical strategies that lead toward healing, resilience and flourishing. I support clients navigating depression, trauma, anxiety, grief & loss, autism spectrum disorder, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges and issues affecting children and teenagers. I can also incorporate art therapy to help express and process experiences that are hard to put into words.
I have a particular interest in the integration of clients’ spiritual beliefs and practices as a resource within counselling and it’s a pleasure for me to utilise God’s healing presence in therapy spaces as a source of encouragement, enrichment and hope. My goal is always to create a safe, respectful and authentic therapeutic connection where meaningful change can occur. I am registered with both PACFA and CCAA. If your journey feels heavy or you’re feeling lost or sad, reach out - I would be honoured to walk alongside you toward recovery.
