Having worked in the mental health field for 15+ years, furthermore, working across many community services- addiction & recovery, youth, DFV, Chaplaincy and more. I have come to realise that different approaches and styles work differently for different people!! Essentially, to care for one's whole being may require a combination. Moreover, a specialised & personally tailored approach to counselling session/s. I believe that there is one thing however, that generally ministers healing to us all: NATURE. Where possible, I emerge themes and nature with clients towards GROWTH, HEALING & CHANGE whilst offering genuine HOLISTIC CARE & SUPPORT
