The primary goal of my counselling practice is to create a safe place and collaborative relationship in which to help anyone who is seeking assistance with difficulties they are dealing with in life. I employ a variety of tools and techniques to help clients on this journey, incuding verbal and experiential, but most prominently I use an emotionally-focused approach.
