Ian's passion is to encourage, equip and motivate people to achieve their best. Equipping people for life and service.

Ian has a breadth of experience spanning more than 45 years in leadership, training, pastoral ministry and counselling. He has been a Clinical Member of CCAA (Vic) since 1988.

Ian is retired from clinical practice as a counsellor, but continues to provide Supervision as a CCAA approved Supervisor. Supervision is provided through online or telephone supervision for all areas of counselling and ministry, including theological integration.
