I support people experiencing hoarding behaviours, often linked to trauma, anxiety, grief, or major life changes. Many feel overwhelmed by their environment and find it hard to discard possessions, even when they want change. My clients are often seeking to understand the emotional drivers behind their habits and to regain a sense of control, dignity, and connection in their lives. I offer trauma-informed counselling for those living with hoarding behaviours and mental health challenges. I work at your pace to gently explore what lies beneath the clutter while building practical strategies, confidence, and hope for lasting change.
Alongside individual counselling, I am an experienced trainer delivering specialist hoarding and mental health training across Australia. I also facilitate therapeutic and educational groups for professionals, carers, and community organisations, supporting practical skills, understanding, and compassionate responses to hoarding and recovery.
If you’re feeling buried by clutter, overwhelmed about how to begin, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, you’re not alone. Hoarding often has deep emotional roots, and meaningful change starts with understanding rather than judgment. When you’re ready, I offer a safe, respectful space to support healing, recovery, and lasting change.
