I offer in person sessions in Belmont, Victoria and online counselling Australia-wide to individuals and couples seeking support through life and relational challenges. With compassion, insight, and respect, I provide a warm, non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to explore what’s going on for you at your own pace.
My primary orientation is person-centred and psychodynamic, creating space for you to explore your inner world, understand underlying patterns, and gain insight over time. Grounded in a whole-person perspective, I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed, and strengths-based approaches. Therapeutic models are tailored to each client’s unique needs, integrated thoughtfully and collaboratively, and shaped around your goals, values, and personal circumstances.
I believe strongly in the power of empathy, genuine connection, and holistic understanding in helping people create meaningful and lasting change.
I work with individuals and couples, supporting couples to develop deeper understanding, improve communication, and find renewed connection during times of strain, transition, or disconnection. I also support clients navigating grief and loss, providing a gentle space to honour your experience, process change, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful and compassionate.
For clients who wish to include their faith, I offer faith-based integrated counselling that is always client-led and optional. Therapy remains respectful and supportive regardless of your beliefs or background.
I work collaboratively, helping clients build self awareness, develop practical coping strategies and foster resilience and self-compassion. Clients often describe me as warm, calm, and deeply attentive. Whether you are seeking individual support, a space for personal or spiritual growth, couple counselling, or support through loss, I am here to walk with you in a way that feels right for you.
