Bachelor of Counselling and Diploma of Chaplaincy

My work has focused on helping individuals navigate grief and loss, life transitions, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Over the years I have had the privilege of walking alongside many people facing bereavement, major life changes such as perimenopause, divorce, depression, caring responsibilities, burnout and moments when life simply felt overwhelming.

My non-judgmental person centered approach is foundational in supporting my clients through a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT).

It is important to me that you feel genuinely heard, safe and comfortable to explore with me the issues you are seeking to work on. Overall, I work on fostering your emotional well-being and empower you to develop coping strategies that will improve your quality of life.
