As an individual and couples counsellor, I seek to support my clients as they work through their life challenges and relationship issues towards healthier functioning. I am committed to providing a respectful and caring environment where individuals and couples can feel safe in their journey of healing and growth. Integrating Christian principles into my practice, I draw from a variety of theoretical approaches as I cater to the specific needs of my clients.  These include Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural and Imago Relationship Therapy.
