Master in Counselling and Bachelor in Psychological Science

I am deeply passionate about supporting adults who have experienced childhood trauma. My heart is especially drawn to those navigating relationship challenges or carrying emotional pain - I feel honoured to walk alongside people as they search for healing, connection, and hope.

I hold a Master of Counselling and a Bachelor of Psychological Science. My approach is informed by further training in Somatic Experiencing (SE) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I’m continually inspired to learn more about the ways the mind, body, and emotions work together in the healing process, and how to best support that integration in therapy.
