Rose Weir is married to Graham, a retired Baptist Minister, and they have two adult children and four grandchildren.
Rose was on Faculty at Morling College teaching in practical and pastoral studies and counselling from 1996-2004, then at Wesley Institute (now Excelsia College), teaching in the Graduate School of Counselling from 2004-2013. Rose supervises a range of caring professionals, from counsellors, to chaplains and pastors.
