Pat Wood-Collier has a Masters of Counselling and is a graduate member of Christian Counsellor's Association Australia (CCAA). She works with men, women, teenagers and children who are experiencing or have experienced trauma. Trauma from loss, abuse, addiction, violence, identity or neglect.

She can include or exclude integrating Christian faith with professional practice using tailored therapies applicable to the need. Working within a trauma informed modality, she draws from various different therapuetic frames which could be person centred, attachment theory, experiential or psychodynamic psychotherapy. Her extensive experience in crisis and trauma support, as well as her lived experienced with pathological mental health, has given her a heart to support, grow and help heal broken people.

Pat has a comprehensive business background and presently works out of Hope Centre in Haberfield as a Counsellor. Pat works as a Gambling Counsellor for Wesley Mission at Oakdene House in Fairfield on a part time basis.  She also delivers suicide prevention through the LivingWorks ASIST training.
