Master of Counselling, BA Dip Ed, Advanced Dip Counselling and Family Therapy, Grad Dip Individual Psychotherapy and Relationship Therapy

Jen is a counsellor with an interpersonal focus, whereby the therapeutic relationship is an integral part of therapy, aiming to help the client work towards aligning their thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Jen has an attachment-based, emotionally-focused perspective.  

 

Jen began her career as a primary school teacher and has a Master of Counselling. Jen has a passion for supporting others as they navigate and grow through life's many challenges. She works with clients individually, as a couple or in family therapy, providing counselling for individual, parenting and/or relationship issues. She has experience with working through difficulties resulting from one’s family of origin. She also has experience with helping clients work with their anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, grief and loss.
