Grace is a compassionate and experienced counsellor who is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges and build deeper, more meaningful relationships. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, identity concerns, psychological trauma, and relationship difficulties.

Grace values each person's unique journey and provides a warm, safe, and supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and create positive change. She integrates research-supported therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's needs, with particular training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). For couples, Grace helps partners identify and transform negative interaction patterns, strengthen emotional bonds, and develop greater security, trust, and intimacy in their relationships.

Grace is also a trained Prepare and Enrich Facilitator with a particular passion for working with couples. She supports couples from premarital preparation through the various stages of marriage and family life. She is genuinely passionate about helping couples cultivate deep, soulful relationships and has seen many move from distress, disconnection and negative relationship patterns to renewed understanding, resilience, and flourishing relationships.

Prior to entering counselling, Grace spent many years in the corporate finance sector, giving her firsthand insight into the pressures and demands of high-performance work environments. She also brings extensive experience in church pastoral care and ministry leadership, allowing her to support clients with sensitivity, empathy, and a holistic understanding of personal growth and wellbeing.

Whether you are seeking personal growth, healing from past wounds, navigating a life transition, or strengthening your relationship, Grace is committed to walking alongside you with compassion, insight, and practical support.
