M. Couns., BASc

Coming alongside people and offering a safe place to talk through distress is Jillian’s emphasis. Individual needs and preferences for counselling are shaped around trauma informed and recovery mindsets.

Jillian helps people process emotions, thoughts and feelings. This may draw on expressive approaches, body awareness, mindfulness, and strength-based approaches. Each person's story is important and each person is unique. Walk and talk or park sessions are also offered.

Previously, as an information professional, Jillian worked for many years to resource children, adolescents, parents, carers and professionals within healthcare settings.

Feel free to reach out to ask any questions. Fees are based on a sliding scale, with reduced amounts or concessions for students and people with financial concerns.

Acknowledgement of Country

Jillian acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land, the Wallumattagal Clan of the Dharug Nation, whose customs and culture have and continue to nurture this land through time.
