I'm a qualified counsellor (GradDipCouns, AIFC) with strong experience in trauma-sensitive, community-based support. I offer ethical, client-led online counselling for adults, including those navigating faith, identity, or life transitions with compassion and choice.

I offer trauma-sensitive, client-led counselling for adults navigating identity, faith, emotional pain, and seasons of change. Alongside my professional training, I bring over 35 years of lived experience as a mother and as a Christian who has walked through grief, loss, rejection, anxiety, abuse, and the deep work of forgiving myself and others. My own journey includes learning to recognise our identity in Christ and noticing the trains of thought we choose - patterns that can keep us in darkness or move us toward light and freedom. I provide a grounded, non-judgemental, respectful space where your story is honoured, your choices are valued, and online sessions are shaped around what you need most.
