M Counselling

I was born in Taiwan and having lived in Sydney for over 30 years, I bring a rich cross-cultural perspective shaped by both Eastern and Western worldviews.

Working as an integrative counsellor grounded in a person-centred approach, I believe everyone has their own pace and their own way of engaging with their inner experiences.

I aim to create a safe, warm, and supportive space where you feel truly understood and accepted, and where you can explore the issues that matter most to you with confidence and care. I’m fluent in English and Mandarin. Let’s talk!
