A counsellor and psychotherapist since 2012, I help people to find healing for themselves and their relationships. I am overjoyed when my clients become who they are truly meant to be, learn to love and be loved, and restore the sense of self, freedom, fulfilment and joy in their lives.

Thanks to my multicultural background, I developed compassion for the beliefs, values, and traditions as well as the burdens and constraints that each culture carries. When meeting with my clients, I look at the cultural context — societal, religious, family and relationship — and seek to understand how culture shapes the personal story of each individual. I then attend to how you hold yourself, your story and sufferings, in your body, mind and spirit.

I take a holistic therapeutic approach, which means I take care of the whole person – mindfully, somatically, and spiritually. Each session is designed to help you to discover and work with the processes that unconsciously create and maintain the way that you experience life and relationships.

When the unconscious is uncovered, we can finally care for it and work with it. Profound changes and healing are achieved — spontaneously and organically.

I believe you are no ordinary person. And you will be healed and become well. I look forward to meeting you.
