A counsellor and psychotherapist since 2012, I work with people having difficulties with self-worth, identity, depression, anxiety, developmental traumas, and relational traumas.

I take a somatic psychotherapy approach, which means I take care of your whole person — mind, body, and spirit. This approach enables you to gain access to what’s hidden in the unconscious, which truly controls your decisions and behaviour.

Your unconscious is the root of your soul. When we reach deep enough to uncover the root, we can finally care for it and work with it. Profound changes and healing are achieved — spontaneously and organically.

My goal is to help you to become who you are truly meant to be, learn to love and be loved, and restore the sense of self, sense of worth, freedom, fulfilment, and joy in your life.

I believe you are no ordinary person. And you will be healed and become well. I look forward to meeting you.
