With extensive experience supporting individuals across a broad range of mental health presentations, I aim to provide a compassionate, trauma-informed counselling service grounded in safety, collaboration, and respect. I work with adults facing a variety of challenges, creating a therapeutic space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move towards meaningful change.

My practice is informed by a process-focused, client-centred approach, recognising that each person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences at a pace that feels safe and appropriate, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and lasting personal growth.

In addition to my clinical work, I am also an experienced educator in the mental health field, bringing together current evidence, practical expertise, and a deep understanding of trauma-informed practice. My background in education enhances my ability to support clients with insight, clarity, and psychoeducation where it is helpful, while maintaining a warm and authentic therapeutic relationship.

I am committed to providing an inclusive, non-judgemental environment where individuals can explore life's challenges, develop new ways of coping, and build greater wellbeing.
