My approach is always person-centred, which includes relating to you with empathy and warmth, as well as being non-judgmental, respectful and genuine. Areas of specialty include helping partners of people on the autism spectrum to experience less stress, as well as assisting those with ASD to improve their social skills. I enjoy working with couples who are preparing for marriage, using the Prepare Enrich program. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour, Solution Focused, Adlerian, Narrative and Gestalt. My aim is to always match the therapy to each client.
