BA (Psychology), Diploma of Counselling, Advanced Diploma of Counselling and Family Therapy, Associate Diploma of Theology, Graduate Diploma of Education; Clinical Supervisor.

My focus is on helping people find hope: to heal, energise, and grow from their struggles. I aim to provide a compassionate and safe environment for individuals, couples, and families to explore their concerns, become aware of inner strengths, and move forward to where they want to be in life.

My counselling work addresses a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, relationships, parenting, grief, and more. This individualised care is offered through online or face-to-face counselling for individuals, couples, and families.

The journey to counselling for me has come from a background in teaching and pastoral ministry. This has provided many years of experience in helping others develop, providing care, and supporting the social, emotional and spiritual needs of children, youth, and adults.
