My passion is to provide a safe and relational space for individuals and couples who are looking to invest in themselves and their relationships for the purpose of restoration, living well and new beginnings. Coming to counselling is hard, being comfortable and feeling at ease is a primary focus of my counselling style. Sometimes we just need a cheerleader to urge us on as we navigate our past, present, and future ’challenges’ in a healthy, healing and productive manner. It is my aim to help you strengthen the foundation of your life so that no matter what comes your way or has come your way, you can stand firmly, with strength and resilience as you navigate your path forward. This journey will be taken in a respectful, compassionate, holistic, and integrated eclectic approach that recognizes all clients are individuals and therefore require an individual approach.
