Bachelor of Social Science, Bachelor of Psychological Science, Gradip in Psychological Sciences and Diploma in Languages Italian

For over 23 years, I’ve supported individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with a warm, empathetic, and client-centred approach. I specialise in relationship counselling, helping individuals and couples navigate difficulties with understanding and connection. When clients seek faith-based support, I respectfully integrate their beliefs into the therapeutic process.

I also have extensive experience in workplace counselling, assisting employees with stress, burnout, and mental health concerns. My practice is grounded in evidence-based methods, including cognitive-behavioural therapy and trauma-informed care, and I tailor each session to the unique needs of the client.

As a qualified clinical supervisor, I am passionate about supporting counsellors in their professional development—enhancing their practical skills, building confidence, and fostering reflective, ethical practice. I also welcome psychologists seeking a collaborative supervisory space focused on strengthening counselling skills in line with person-centred values. I am fluent in both English and Italian and offer culturally sensitive counselling for clients from diverse backgrounds.

Whether you’re facing personal struggles, relationship issues, or workplace stress, I offer a safe, supportive environment to help you move forward.
