I specialise in helping parents & those preparing to be parents. For some, I help them to heal from past traumas, so that past hurts no longer affect current relationships. Others want to improve their conflict resolution & communication skills. Finally, some parents seek support to navigate parenting challenges including behavioural & emotional issues.
