Psychotherapist & Counsellor - BACounselling

I am a clinically registered therapist with PACFA and CCAA, offering psychotherapy and counselling for adults experiencing burnout, breakdown, and trauma, as well as anxiety, panic, dissociation, chronic depression, and neurodivergent overwhelm.

I have a special interest in complex trauma, particularly the ambiguous and often hidden experiences that may contribute to exhaustion, confusion, disconnection, and forms of burnout or breakdown.

My work is relational, depth-orientated, and grounded in somatic awareness, with careful attention to the protective patterns that shape emotional and relational life. Therapy is steady, compassionate, and responsive to the complexity of each person’s experience, with the intention of nurturing greater safety, self-understanding, and connection.

I commonly work with complex and developmental trauma, single-incident and multiple-incident trauma, dissociation, enduring relational difficulties, autistic and ADHD neurodivergent experience, chronic depression and dysthymia, anxiety, panic, separation distress, overwhelm, stress, and burnout.

I am based on Brisbane’s Southside in Queensland, Australia, and offer psychotherapy grounded in a conversational-relational approach.
