Hi, I'm Lauren. I'm a counsellor based in Brisbane dedicated to providing the highest-quality, empathetic care I possibly can to both individuals and couples. My practice philosophy is rooted in a person-centred and trauma-aware approaches working to ensure that each client feels heard, respected, and safe throughout our time together.

I draw from a range of approaches including IFS, Narrative Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic and expressive therapies, giving clients options for the direction and methods that they find most helpful and comfortable.

I completed my Bachelor in Counselling at the University of the Sunshine Coast in 2024 and am a Level 2 registered member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) as well as CCAA. I have also been a ministry worker and a graphic designer but have landed in the place I love most, being able to walk through life with individuals and couples as they work through struggles of all kinds.

I run my practice from home 2 days a week with online appointments or you can come and see me in person at Foundations Counselling Centre in Carseldine (North Brisbane).
