Ashley is a warm, empathetic counsellor and psychotherapist with a passion for assisting others in their healing journey.

Providing a space of authentic listening without judgement, Ashley focuses on engaging the client's strengths and unique perspective. Empowering self-awareness and applying therapeutic methods and tools, Ashley supports her clients to move through pain and internal and external obstacles into a life enriched with meaning and hope.

With 5 years of formal training and 6 years in the non-for-profit sector, Ashley has experience connecting with individuals of diverse walks of life and backgrounds. She is committed to honouring the client's unique values and needs and so draws upon a variety of techniques as required and encourages a flexible and holistic approach.

Ashley works with clients through attachment issues, trauma, anxiety, depression and more.
