With over 10 years of experience in supporting children and adolescents in schools and private practice settings, I’m passionate about early intervention in mental health. Facilitating therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice, and I aim to create a safe and welcoming space where young people feel seen, heard, and valued. In addition to my professional training, my lived experience as a parent and foster carer has deepened my understanding of trauma-informed care and attachment-related challenges. I bring compassion and a commitment to walking alongside young people and their families through life’s challenges.
